Delivery & Returns
Our dedicated technical team will be onsite to provide assistance for the safe delivery of your machine.

Delivery time for your purchases will differ from product to product. Most significantly is the difference between machines and non-machines. For non-machine purchases such as ink and software, delivery within Singapore will be no more than 3 working days. For delivery outside of Singapore, delivery time will be between 5-7 working days.

Machine delivery is dependent on client availability and importantly from country of origin. Machines shipped from outside of Asia will take approximately three months, whereas machines shipped within Asia should take between 4-8 weeks.

Congratulations! Your money-making equipment has arrived! To make the transition as smooth as possible, our dedicated technical team will be onsite to conduct the entire installation and training process. In most cases, installation of our machines will be done by mid-day, and training will be conducted for the remainder of the day. By the end of the day, our technical experts will have transferred basic operational knowledge to your team, enabling you to complete simple jobs.

More advanced training will be conducted separately at the client's convenience. There is no fixed timeline for training as competency depends on your team's commitment and experience level.

Unfortunately if your purchase is a machine, returns will are highly unlikely in our experience. The exception is for machines that are dead-on-arrival, and you have no way of using that machine for operations. However, we are determined to help you succeed, which is why our technical experts are always on deck, ready to help you troubleshoot your issues. Whatever the problem, we are just one call away!
