To streamline the cutting workflow, Graphtec CE8000 comes equipped with Datalink Barcode System to reduce time and possibility of error. The CE8000 reads and automatically detects original barcode-linked cutting data from the operator's PC or USB flash memory, opens the correct file, sets the cutting conditions, and starts cutting automatically. This function is available regardless of which printer or RIP software is used.
The CE8000 has the Barcade Data Management feature which allows cutting different data sequentially by detecting the “Start Mark” of the new Barcode. Sequential Print & Cut process with roll-media is now available.
It will also be able to contour and perform die cuts since it utilizes separate tool positions to ensure the longevity of the blades and cutting stripes when creating decals, stickers, vinyl, and other graphics for effortless removal.
